Do I have to register to place an order from your online store?
No. There is no longer a registration process for our store. All of our online orders are processed by our payment processor, PayPal. PayPal does NOT require you to have a PayPal account to purchase. You can purchase with or without a PayPal account. If you have a PayPal account, you can log into your PayPal account when prompted during the ordering process. But, once again, you do NOT need to have an account or create an account to place your order with us via PayPal. Simply follow the checkout instructions as prompted.
I am having problems ordering online, what can I do?
If you are running into problems when trying to order from our online store, we suggest you contact us here for assistance. We can try our best to fix your problem and walk you through the ordering process. Or we can provide an alternate way to get your purchase made for you.

If for any reason you need to contact us regarding your order please contact us here OR email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order details (receipt id #) if possible so we can better assist you.
What is a pre-order?
When an item is available for pre-order, this means you are ordering the product in advance before it is actually available for shipping. All pre-orders are top priority and are shipped first before any other orders of that same item. Pre-orders are shipped on a first come, first shipped basis. Please see the item description of the product you are pre-ordering for the expected ship date. The expected ship date is the date when you can expect your product to be shipped out to you. The expected ship date is NOT exact and can be a bit earlier or later.
Plese keep in mind that your credit card will be charged immediately when you place a pre-order, not when the item ships. Unfortunately, with the payment processor we use, this is our only option to serve you to allow online credit card orders.
