Do I have to register to place an order from your online store?

No. There is no longer a registration process for our store. All orders are now placed with no registration. All of our online orders are processed by our payment processor, PayPal. PayPal will not require you to have a PayPal account to purchase. You can purchase with or without a PayPal account. If you have a PayPal account, you can log into your PayPal account when prompted during the order process. But, once again, you do not need to have an account or creat an account to place your order with us via PayPal. Simple follow the checkout instructions.

I am having problems ordering from the online store, what can I do?

If you are running into errors when trying to order from our online store, we suggest you email us at orders@keithurbanfans.com for assitance. We can try our best to fix your problem and walk you through the ordering process. Or we can provide an alternate way to get your purchase made for you.
