Pre-Order Information

When an item is available for pre-order, this means you are ordering the product in advance before it is actually available for shipping. All pre-orders are top priority and are shipped first before any other orders of that same item. Pre-orders are shipped on a first come, first shipped basis. Please see the item description of the product you are pre-ordering for the expected ship date. The expected ship date is the date when you can expect your product to be shipped out to you. The expected ship date is not exact and can be a bit earlier or later.

Plese keep in mind that your credit card will be charged immediately when you place a pre-order, not when the item ships. Unfortunately, with the payment processor we use, this is our only option to serve you to allow online credit card orders.

USA Customers

Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Your shipping costs will be added to your total upon checkout. Shipping costs are determined by your order total.

If you can not provide us with your receipt id #, we will not be able to assist you.
